  • Consult on industrial railway operations and maintenance planning
  • Manage the execution of track and signals projects from preliminary design through to close-out

Construction Health & Safety Consulting

  • Improve your health & safety management system
  • Support your company internal health & safety audits
  • Conduct railway safety assessments for compliance with Transport Canada Railway Safety legislation, and conformance to industry best practices
  • Complete your Certificate of Recognition (COR) External Audit through our Associate Auditor partnership with the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) in Ontario

WHO

We are a team of professional engineers, project managers, and health & safety professionals with extensive field experience ranging from railway, heavy civil, bridge, roadway, sewer & watermain, electrical, and solar projects.  Health & safety are always at the forefront of our work. We pride ourselves on focusing on the practical applications of legal and industry standards.  Our experience allows us to accurately assess problems and contribute viable solutions.  We are based out of Toronto, however our reach spans all across Canada.

Daniel Goodfellow, CHSO, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Daniel has grass roots experience in the construction, concrete, renewable energy and railway industries.  His career began in the field working with crews from which he quickly progressed into project management and leadership.  He has held various senior management positions which have strengthened his skills with contract management, project execution, leadership, and negotiation.  He has experience with managing private and public projects with budgets ranging up to $20 million dollars, and joint ventures involving 3 or more partners.

Li-Lian Lui, M.Eng., P.Eng., P.ing. (QC), PMP

Director, Engineering

Li-Lian has been in the railway industry since 2011.  Her career includes having worked as an owner, regulator, contractor and consultant.  She worked for Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railway as a project manager, and then transitioned into a position with Transport Canada Rail Safety. She also has experience working for concrete & bridge general contractor.  She is fluent in railway construction, safety, and design requirements as well as their practical applications in the field.  She is also bilingual (English & French) and holds the Certificate of Authorization (C of A) for Partum Consulting Inc.
